9 CUTE CAMEL COATS…BECAUSE WINTER IS HERE
I feel like you can never have too many camel coats. Seriously. I don’t know if it’s a function of being in my 40’s or my sense of style turning more classic, but I can tell you I was never this obsessed with camel coats before. In the last couple of years I’m definitely appreciating neutral classics more. Enter the camel coat. And the grey coat, but that’s another blog post.
Now that we’ve hit 25 degrees in Boston, we have to face it. Winter is basically here! First thing on my winter shopping list is winter coats. The ones I’ll be reaching for everyday.
My coat is from J.Crew 2 years ago. I love the menswear inspired style, like this one. However, I’m also eyeing a few others because like I said, there’s no such thing as too many camel coats. To aid and abet you in this horrible but fun addiction called online shopping, I linked 9 of my favorite camel coats in the scroll bar below. They’re all so good!
In terms of style, I love the wrap style front and belted trench design of this Kenneth Cole coat. Unfortunately it only comes in size 6 and up but if it came in my size you can bet it would be in my closet.
This A-line belted one is perfect for styling with anything, but particularly awesome with those straight leg jeans. I like that you can get an easier laid back look but leaving the belt untied. This one is perfect for layering over a chunky knit and heading out for weekend activities.
Speaking of straight leg jeans, these are my favorite at the moment. They’re currently on sale for only $45 – definitely the deal of the century. The reviews are really good across the board so I suspect these work for a variety of body types. I just got them yesterday so you’ll see them pop up here and on Instagram very soon.
This Daylina coat has been one of my favorites for a few years now because of its simple and timeless styling. It comes in two other neutral colors and I love the grey just as much as the camel. It’s currently an extra 30% off so it’s a good time to buy it if you’re in the market for an elegant and classic wool blend coat.
